At the end of all your hard work, there’s going to be at least one or two items on your list that take much longer to solve than anything else. You’re where the buck stops, you’re writing the checks; expect to be delegating responsibilities and making the call on decisions both large and small. It’s not going to be easy, but no one said it would be, right?
